OUR SHOP
OPENING TIMES
In addition to our products, you can buy loose fruit and vegetables freshly picked from our land to prepare your recipes and enjoy more genuine dishes. We look forward to seeing you here every Sunday from 9.00 to 12.30 at our counter, where you can personally select the seasonal products you prefer.

The company was founded in Finale Ligure by Grandfather Lorenzo in 1930 and the baton passed to his nephew Alessandro in 1995.
We produce quality fruit and vegetables, favouring “niche” products that are not easily found in large-scale retailers.
We mainly grow citrus fruits (Pernambucco oranges, lemons, kumquats, etc.) and in particular we cultivate CHINOTTO DI SAVONA, which became a Slow Food Presidium in 2004.

A few years ago we opened a small family-run workshop in Finale Ligure where Mary and Grandma Stella prepare homemade jams and marmalades. We only use fruit grown on our farm, harvested when ripe and never refrigerated. For this reason our jams preserve the bright and intense colour of fresh fruit.
We use a very low percentage of sugar to leave the organoleptic principles of the fruit unchanged; we do not use preservatives, colorants or additives. We transform all the citrus fruits into jams, in particular the Chinotto di Savona. The Parodi family cooks jams in large pots, just as tradition requires.
