STRUCTURE:
Our holiday home is located 700 metres from the medieval walls of Finalborgo (listed among Italy’s most beautiful villages since 2004) in Località Aquila, about 2 kilometres from the sea and a short walk from hiking and mountain biking trails.
Il Mulino is the ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts and can satisfy the needs of a diverse clientele, including families, cyclists, couples and friends.
The accommodation overlooks the Aquila Valley, surrounded by orchards and vineyards, and enjoys a splendid panoramic view of the hills opposite Finale Ligure, from Castel Gavone to Rocca di Perti. Newly built, completely renovated and furnished, every detail has been taken care of to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay.
A large sunny open space, which can be enjoyed from sunrise to sunset, overlooking the surrounding countryside with views of olive trees, is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs available for guests.
A locked bike room is available for cyclists, equipped for overnight storage with everything needed for washing and storing bikes and mountain bikes.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
STUDIO FLAT (2 + 1 p.l.) :
Spacious and roomy, it is ideal for couples or friends, and consists of a living/sleeping area with a king-size bed (200×160) and a sofa bed (190×80).
It is equipped with air conditioning and heating, television, Wi-Fi, induction hob, fridge and microwave, and comes with all the necessary crockery. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided.
Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A large front area with views of the green hills, sunny and with a wide view; equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation.
THREE-ROOM FLAT (up to 6 p.l.) :
Ideal for families or friends, it consists of one bedroom with a king-size bed (200×160 cm) and a second bedroom with a king-size bed (200×180 cm) that can be divided into two single beds. An extra bed can be added to either bedroom.
The bright and functional living area has a sofa, a dining area and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating, television, Wi-Fi, induction hob, fridge and microwave and comes with all crockery. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided.

How to get there:
From SAVONA: take the Orco Feglino exit. Turn right and drive down to FinalBorgo (5 km). At the stop sign, turn right and continue along Via Fiume, then Via Aquila (1 km) until you reach the small square in front of the church. Parking is available near the bus terminus. Cross the bridge on foot and walk about 30 metres. Your destination is on your right.
From VENTIMIGLIA: take the Finale Ligure exit. Follow Via Caprazoppa to the iron bridge, turn onto Via Sagittario and follow the signs for FinalBorgo. Continue along Via Fiume and then Via Aquila (1 km) until you reach the small square with the church. Parking is available near the bus terminus. Cross the bridge on foot and walk about 30 metres. Your destination is on your right.
