In addition to our processed products, you can buy loose fruit and vegetables freshly picked from our land to prepare your own recipes and enjoy more wholesome dishes. We are waiting for you at our sales outlet where you can personally select your favourite seasonal produce. These are our opening hours:
WINTER: Monday/Wednesday/Saturday: 9.00-12.00 | 14.30-18.00
SUMMER: Monday/Wednesday/Saturday: 9.00-12.30 | 15.00-19.30
JULY and AUGUST also on Sundays: 9 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.
The company was founded in Finale Ligure by our grandfather Lorenzo in 1930 and the baton passed to his grandson Alessandro in 1995.
We produce quality fruit and vegetables, favouring “niche” products that are not easily found on supermarket shelves.
We mainly grow citrus fruits (Pernambucco oranges, lemons, kumquats, etc.) and in particular we cultivate the CHINOTTO DI SAVONA, which became a Slow Food Presidium in 2004.
A few years ago we opened a small family-run workshop in Finale Ligure where Mary and grandma Stella prepare homemade jams and marmalades. We only use fruit grown on our farm, harvested when ripe and never refrigerated. For this reason our jams retain all the bright and intense colour of fresh fruit.
We use a very low percentage of sugar to avoid changing the organoleptic principles of the fruit; we use no preservatives, colorants or additives. We transform all the citrus fruits particularly Chinotto di Savona, into jams. The Parodi family cooks its jams in large pans, in perfect keeping with tradition.

VEGETABLES: carrots, chicory roots, artichokes and seasonal vegetables, and potatoes all year round

VEGETABLES: carrots, chicory roots, broad beans, peas, artichokes, new potatoes
MAY – JUNE
FRUIT: cherries, kiwis, medlars, peaches, grapefruit, lemons
VEGETABLES: purple asparagus from Albenga, Ligurian varieties of onion, tomatoes, tromboncino courgettes
JULY – AUGUST
FRUIT: lemons, Coscia pears, Nashi pears, peaches, Valleggia apricots, plums
VEGETABLES: tomatoes, tromboncino courgettes, salsify, green beans (PELANDRONI)

FRUIT: lemons, chinotto di Savona, early mandarin oranges, grapes, plums
