CHINOTTO DI SAVONA (UNRIPENED)

With a pleasantly bitter taste, prepared with ripe fruit. It goes beautifully with fresh and aged cheeses.
Excellent with ice cream, yogurt and chocolate.

CHINOTTO DI SAVONA (RIPE)

BITTER ORANGE

PERNAMBUCCO ORANGES

Typical variety of the Ligurian Riviera, this jam has a delicate flavour and is appreciated by many. Excellent for breakfast and for the preparation of homemade cakes. (Ingr.: Pernambucco orange, sugar, lemon)

ENGLISH

It is the well-known “marmalade” much used for breakfast in Anglo-Saxon countries. (Ingr: Orange, lemon, sugar)

KUMQUAT

Fruit better known as “Chinese mandarin”.
It is a little-known jam which, due to its slightly sour taste, is perfect for filling biscuits and tarts.

LEMON

Due to its slightly sour taste, it is very suitable for preparing sweets based on tropical fruits or to give an original touch to ice cream sundaes or fruit salads. (Ingr: lemon, sugar)

MANDARIN

One of the freshest and most original jams. Excellent for breakfast and for filling desserts. (Ingr: Mandarin, sugar, lemon)

VALLEGGIA APRICOT

Sweet and fragrant fruit with a characteristic tiger-stripe skin.
It is the classic confiture for tarts, also excellent with chocolate cakes.

CARROT AND LEMON

Unusual and very aromatic, it can be spread on buttered bread or accompanied by cheeses. (Ingr: Carrot, lemon, sugar)

FEIJOA

Little-known fruit originating from New Zealand with a high iodine content from which an unusual, pleasantly scented confiture is obtained. It can be enjoyed spread on bread and tarts. (Ingr: Feijoa, sugar, lemon)

COSCIA PEARS

Prepared with a variety of non-grainy pulp fruits. Delicate and fragrant, it also goes well with aged cheeses. (Ingr: pear, sugar, lemon)

PEACHES

This confiture has the wholesome scent of genuine fruit and is perfect for filling baked desserts. (Ingr: Peach, sugar, lemon)

PEACHES AND ROSES

CHINOTTO NECTAR

The Chinotto di Savona nectar is obtained from the squeezed juice by separating the pulp, and then adding just water and sugar to make its taste and texture more pleasant.

PEACH NECTAR

Peach nectar is obtained from the squeezed juice by separating the pulp, and then adding just water and sugar to make its taste and texture more pleasant.

PEAR NECTAR

Pear is obtained from the squeezed juice by separating the pulp, and then adding just water and sugar to make its taste and texture more pleasant.

APRICOT NECTAR

Apricot nectar is obtained from the squeezed juice by separating the pulp, and then adding just water and sugar to make its taste and texture more pleasant.

PLUM

Plum is obtained from the squeezed juice by separating the pulp, and then adding just water and sugar to make its taste and texture more pleasant.

CHIN’ORO

Milko Druetti of the Antico Frantoio Tavian and Giacomo Parodi of the Azienda Agricola Parodi Alessandro have decided to combine Chinotto with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, simultaneously pressing Taggiasca olives and Chinotto di Savona.<br>

CHIN’ORO has clear orange blossom aromas inserted in a balanced and delicate taste profile with pleasantly acidic and slightly sour hints.
Extremely versatile in the kitchen: marinades, raw and uncooked fish, shellfish, meat tartare, fish or meat skewers, bresaola and various salads. It is also suitable for flavouring sweet cakes or biscuits.

MUSTARD

MUSTARD

After candying, a few drops of mustard essence are added to the chinotto in syrup which gives the fruit its characteristic spicy flavour. It goes well with boiled meats, roast pork, cheese and salami platters.

CHINOTTO LIQUEUR

Made with chinotto peel, it is quite dry with tonic properties and an aromatic, characteristic flavour. It is served chilled at the end of a meal or at any time of the day.
